The Pool is Open!!!

Come by and start the pool season off right with your friends and Carriage Downs neighbors!

Carriage Downs Property Owner's Association, Inc.
2007 Pool Rules and Regulations

The intended use of Carriage Down Pool is to accommodate the residents of this community. It is not a public pool. We will require Pool Passes to gain admittance to the pool. While it may seem inconvenient at times, the use of passes continues to be the best way to insure that the pool is used only by Carriage Downs residents and their guest. If you misplace one of your pool passes, a new one can be issued for a $10.00 fee. New residents are entitled to a pool pass at no charge - just contact any board member of the Carriage Downs Property Owners Association (CDPOA). Please remember that the use of the pool is a privilege afforded to members in good standing of the CDPOA. If you are not up to date on your association dues, please make sure to take care of them before attempting to gain access to the pool to avoid delays or embarrassment. New pool passes will not be distributed to anyone delinquent in their dues. We look forward to seeing all our neighbors, both new and old, at the pool this season for fun and friendship. Operating hours have been mailed to all residents and will be clearly displayed at the pool, as well as posted below the rules.
